I would avoid to stay at this hotel again. There isn’t anything good apart from its location. It was unfortunately a business trip. The rooms are dark, the hotel service is poor. There is literally nothing that would make this hotel special.

I stayed with family 4 days in A11 Atashehir. Rooms was not up to standart to call clean but they was not dirty too.Bedsheets changed not regularly Breakfast very standard Safety zero. Windows on floor 6 was no lockers at all For person who stayed with children was nightmare. Regarding staff will not comment,only I can assume they might need some more training and more comunications skills. Basic ethich rules in converstations . Hotel has two elevators which was never been maintained another safety issue. They only positive I can say about staff who helped to arrange transport to airport. As when we requested to call taxi.Reception inform they deal only with one taxistation. I would not recomend place for families May be only bachelor or those who on short trips

I booked 2 Deluxe Room with Double bed, but instead one of them only Deluxe and the other room is not deluxe. also both rooms have 2 single beds only. the rooms does not match the photos provided for the deluxe room, its very deceiving and the room size is half whats shown on the website for what I have paid for. They booking suppose to pay locally at the hotel with local currency, once we checked in they requested from us to make payment at the hotel in Euros at 11 PM at night knocking on our hotel room, also they charged my Canadian Matercard with another set of payment too, double payment, had to contact my credit card company to block the charges on my card. I've even shown statement of charges on my credit card to booking.com and they did nothing at all. I have also made request to have connecting rooms on higher floor, but they gave them lower floor with really noisy environment and not connecting rooms, they mention that we didn't ask from them so its not available. also we requested a baby Crib and the crib is very bad condition and the bed is not soft for 1.5 year old infant. even the extra bed is very stiff and does not come with blanket despite we are paying top dollar for extra bed. Room Bathroom was not clean at all, water does not drain in the shower and it has horrible smell. Booking.com support failed me 100% as I book 9 days stay at this hotel, and i filled a complain on first day when I checked in as the above problems

although we booked before, they made us hurry, interrupt us every 30 sec to bring other customers in, because we paid in advance. ZERO RESPECT of privacy, men would open hamam doors to sneak a peek :)

We really liked a cosy hotel with an excellent breakfast. The service was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were all clean. However, where we stayed 3 days, no new shampoos and shower gels were filled up for us. There was also a minibar but unfortunately the soft drinks were missing. Otherwise the hotel is to be recommended well.
